Turnaround

Most of Serendipity Cake Company’s cakes and cake toppers are hand made to order, each individual product description will give you the time from order to dispatch. Serendipity Cake company does not dispatch on a Sunday.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked – usually 2-3 working days delivery from date of dispatch

Royal Mail 1st Class tracked – usually 1 working day from date of dispatch

EVRI Standard tracked – 2-3 working days from date of dispatch

EVRI Next Day tracked.
